We can read status, Image can be simple seen, but we have to start video to play it, so Facebook had decided to play the video automatically when the users scroll downs the Timeline. This feature is excellent, but sometimes it is very irritating especially when you have a limited internet package on your computer. And your data usage exceed than you have to make a solution of this thing if you do not have any solution about this then do not worry I am going to tell you a method to turn off or stop the auto play of the Facebook videos on your timeline.

The method to halt the auto play of the Facebook videos is very straightforward and easy, here we will not use any extensions or scripts, in fact, the Facebook provides this feature it's now we just need to disable this features in our account. Continue to proceed:-

1. Log into you account where you wish to stop or disable the auto-play video feature.

2. Click on the Arrow (Which you use for logging out from your Facebook account) and select the Settings under the new menu.


3. In the right menu click on the Videos option.


4. After clicking the Videos option, its menu will open there you just need to turn off the Auto-play video option.To off this click on the arrow sign with On button and select the Off option from there.


That's it you have done!

Now, your Facebook video auto-play will stop, and you have to play smooth video yourself this method is very useful for your if you have an internet package on low data usage.
